You pay for a subscription that allows you to activate AdGuard DNS, a service available at https://adguard-dns.io. The order process is handled by the online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and refunds.

To test Private AdGuard DNS, you can try the free Starter plan. For more monthly requests, devices, and servers, you need to purchase a monthly or yearly subscription: Personal, Team, or Enterprise. Once you purchase a subscription, it is automatically linked to your AdGuard account.

We offer our customers the opportunity to receive a 100% refund of the money spent on AdGuard DNS yearly subscriptions purchased from https://adguard-dns.io. For subscriptions purchased elsewhere, please check the refund policy of that particular reseller.

The refunded subscription will be blocked once the refund is issued. Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase will be reviewed on an individual basis and the decision to issue a refund rests with AdGuard Software Ltd. We do not issue partial refunds for subscription upgrades and renewals. Each case of partial refund request will be discussed separately between you and support and will only be satisfied by mutual agreement.

Processing time depends on your payment method and usually takes up to 5–10 business days.

The auto-renewal feature is turned on by default, so the funds will be withdrawn from your account and the AdGuard DNS subscription will be renewed automatically when the previous period expires.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time at no additional cost. To do this, go to account settings in the dashboard or to your AdGuard account to which the AdGuard DNS subscription is linked. Your paid subscription will still be valid until the end of its term, but you will need to manually renew it when it expires.

Discounts apply only to the first term of the subscription, i.e. 1 month or 1 year depending on its type. When a subscription purchased with a discount expires, the payment for the subscription renewal will be charged at full price.
