Option 1: Install AdGuard Recommended
This is the fastest and the easiest way. Simply install AdGuard Ad Blocker on your device, go to the app’s server settings, and select AdGuard DNS. No need to enter DNS server addresses manually!

Option 2: Configure AdGuard DNS manually
If you prefer to configure the public AdGuard DNS server manually, we have everything ready for you. Select your device platform and get setup instructions
Go to Settings → Network & Internet (or Wi-Fi & Internet)
Select Advanced → Private DNS.
Select Private DNS provider hostname. Enter one of the servers below:
Default server

Tap Save.
To get a generic configuration profile, select a DNS server below and tap Download configuration profile. For a custom configuration profile, tap Open profile constructor.
Profile constructor
Generate a configuration profile for iOS/macOS that will use AdGuard DNS natively.
1. Select a DNS server and encryption type.
2. Disable AdGuard DNS for the Wi-Fi networks below.
3. Disable AdGuard DNS for the domains (and their subdomains) below.
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap Profile Downloaded.
Tap Install and follow the onscreen instructions.
Go to Start menu → Control Panel.
Select Network and Internet.
Click Network and Sharing Center.
In the left panel, select Change Adapter Settings.
Click the Wi-Fi network to which you are connected.
In the option bar, select Change settings of this connection. If the option is hidden, click the chevron icon.
Alternatively, right-click the connection icon and select Properties.
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
Click Properties.
Select Use the following DNS server addresses.
Enter the addresses of one of the servers below as Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server.

Choose a DNS server according to your preferences and press the button to download a configuration profile.
Profile constructor
Generate a configuration profile for iOS/macOS that will use AdGuard DNS natively.
1. Select a DNS server and encryption type.
2. Disable AdGuard DNS for the Wi-Fi networks below.
3. Disable AdGuard DNS for the domains (and their subdomains) below.
Open the Settings app on your device.
Select Profiles.
Select the downloaded AdGuard DNS profile and click Install.

Select your network interface from the sidebar.

Note: make sure you record the router password in a safe place. Some router models have specific password-management applications: if it’s your case, the application should be already installed on your computer.

Once the test is complete and you see Internet Connection: Successful, select Confirm to save your settings.
Restart your PS5 console to apply the changes.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system → Settings → General → Network Settings.
From the Network screen options, go to Advanced Settings → DNS Settings.
Select Manual.
