如何购买套餐

AdGuard DNS 套餐可以在 adguard-dns.io 上购买。 我们支持 Visa、Mastercard、Apple Pay、Google Pay、PayPal、支付宝和银联支付。 套餐可以按月或按年续费。

个人版套餐对于 AdGuard VPN 的付费用户是免费提供的。

AdGuard DNS plans are activated immediately. Sometimes, activation may take up to five minutes. If you can’t activate your subscription, please email our support team at support@adguard-dns.io.

如何升级套餐

为了充分发挥 AdGuard DNS 的功能，可以升级套餐以享受以下优势：

• 升级到「团队版」套餐：获得 2 个 IPv4 专用地址，同时将增加使用设备数量、每月请求量、自定义规则和服务数量。
• 升级到「企业版」套餐：获得更多 IPv4 专用地址，以及无限量的设备数量、请求量、自定义规则和服务数量。

You can upgrade your plan in your AdGuard account. 要升级订阅，请点击「AdGuard DNS」板块下的「升级」按钮。

「企业版」订阅仅限申请使用。 If you’re interested, please fill out our form and provide some details about your company. Once we receive your submission, we’ll contact you with further information.

退款

根据我们的销售条款，在 https://adguard-dns.io/ 购买任何 AdGuard DNS 年度套餐的用户都可以获得 100% 退款。 To get a refund, you need to contact support at support@adguard-dns.io, specifying the payment method you’ve used. 处理时间通常需要 5-10 个工作日。

在以下情况下，退款可能会被拒绝：

• 订阅购买时间超过 30 天
• 订阅是通过经销商购买的
• 用户申请的是续订或升级的部分退款
