To connect a Windows device to AdGuard DNS, first add it to Dashboard:

  1. Ve a Dashboard y haz clic en Conectar nuevo dispositivo.
  2. En el menú desplegable Tipo de dispositivo, selecciona Windows.
  3. Dale un nombre al dispositivo. Conectando_dispositivo *mobile_border

You can set it up via AdGuard or AdGuard VPN apps, in Windows settings, or using the AdGuard DNS Client.

Usa el Bloqueador de anuncios AdGuard (opción de pago)​

The AdGuard app lets you use encrypted DNS, making it perfect for setting up AdGuard DNS on your Windows device. Puedes elegir entre varios protocolos de cifrado. Junto con el filtrado DNS, también obtienes un excelente bloqueador de anuncios que funciona en todo tu sistema.

  1. Install the app on the device you want to connect to AdGuard DNS.
  2. Abre la aplicación.
  3. Click Settings at the top of the app’s home screen. Settings *border
  4. Select the DNS Protection tab from the menu on the left. DNS protection *border
  5. Click your currently selected DNS server. DNS server *border
  6. Scroll down and click Add a custom DNS server. Add a custom DNS server *border
  7. In the DNS upstreams field, paste one of the following addresses. If you’re not sure which one to prefer, choose DNS-over-HTTPS. DoH server *borderCreate server *border
  8. Haz clic en Guardar y seleccionar. Save and select *border

¡Todo listo! Tu dispositivo está conectado correctamente a AdGuard DNS.

Usa AdGuard VPN​

No todos los servicios VPN soportan DNS cifrado. Sin embargo, nuestro VPN sí lo hace, así que si necesitas tanto un VPN como un DNS privado, AdGuard VPN es tu opción ideal.

  1. Install AdGuard VPN.
  2. Open the app and click Settings.
  3. Select App settings. App settings *border
  4. Scroll down and select DNS servers. DNS servers *border
  5. Click Add custom DNS server. Add custom DNS server *border
  6. In the Server address field, paste one of the following addresses. If you’re not sure which one to prefer, select DNS-over-HTTPS. DoH server *borderCreate server *border
  7. Haz clic en Guardar y seleccionar. Save and select *border

¡Todo listo! Tu dispositivo está conectado correctamente a AdGuard DNS.

Configure via Windows settings​

Available only on Windows 11.

  1. In the Search bar on the taskbar, type Ethernet settings or Wi-Fi settings, depending on your connection type. Click the network (Wi-Fi ID or Ethernet) you want to configure. Search *border
  2. Scroll to DNS server assignment and click Edit. DNS server assignment *border
  3. Change DNS settings to Manual.
  4. Toggle the IPv4 switch to On.
  5. Enter the following DNS server addresses:
    • Preferred DNS: 94.140.14.49
    • Alternate DNS: 94.140.14.59
  6. Turn DNS over HTTPS template to On (manual template) and enter your personal DNS address. You can find it in the Dashboard under Server settings → Devices → Devices settings → DNS-over-HTTPS.
  7. Click Save. That’s it — your device is now connected to AdGuard DNS! Save DNS settings *border

Usar AdGuard DNS Client​

AdGuard DNS Client is a versatile, cross-platform console tool that allows you to connect to AdGuard DNS using encrypted DNS protocols.

Configurar DNS simple​

Si prefieres no usar software adicional para la configuración de DNS, puedes optar por DNS no encriptado. Tienes dos opciones: usar IPs vinculadas o IPs dedicadas.
